 Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan proses rekrutmen untuk calon karyawan berupa seleksi administrasi, psikotes dan interview
  • Melakukan observasi, analisa dan interpretasi potensi dari calon karyawan
  • Memberikan rekomendasi kepada departemen / bagian terkait  mengenai kualifikasi calon karyawan yang tepat
  • Merancang program perekrutan di universitas – universitas dan sekolah-sekolah
  • Merancang alat pengetesan untuk rekrutmen calon karyawan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan
  • Melakukan inovasi dalam program – program rekrutmen dan rebranding perusahaan
  • Membuat laporan hasil rekrutmen dan program-program HRD terkait rebranding


  • Usia minimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S2 dengan bidang Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi
  • Lulusan Universitas terakreditasi A dengan IPK min. 3.20
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Psikologi Industri
  • Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office
  • Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja
  • Mampu menggunakan tools / perangkat rekrutmen pegawai (psikotes)
  • Mampu berbahasa inggris dengan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan Analisa yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam Teknik wawancara.




  • Responsible to all QC related activities for incoming materials and finished goods inspections
  • Monitoring all QC processes regarding to product quality standards
  • Responsible to QC documentations including material/product inspections, material/product defects, inspection methods
  • Assigning and distributing the QC tasks to subordinates according to QC operational procedures to achieve best quality of the products
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting product issues on the factory or site regarding to customer requirements
  • Develop/implement Quality Control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Coordinate internal team and other department to meet expected performance and quality of the products
  • Perform other qualified duties as required


  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a quality control, preferably supervisor specialized in electrical/electronics company
  • Good communication in English (active)
  • Familiar with international & national standard (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL, SPLN, SNI)
  • Knowledge of quality systems and measurement, preferably a holder of quality control / quality assurance certificate
  • Knowledge of electrical system, preferably switchgear system including enclosure construction, engineering drawing, manufacturing processes and electrical parts or components
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and QC processes, such as AutoCad
  • Experience working collaboratively with Engineers and other department in developing work practices for efficient testing operations, including troubleshooting issues
  • Exercise Judgement in working methods and able to make decisions regarding to product qualities
  • Having negotiation, communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Ready to be placed in any locations




  • Developing new products by creating the development schedule and documents, design/architecture documents, technical specifications, test cases and prototype in line with quality systems
  • Responsible for projects management of new products to achieve schedule and material cost target
  • Developing existing products by analyzing and identifying points for improvements.
  • Development of innovative ideas and their implementation for manufacturing process.
  • Understanding, analyzing and Fixing the customer cases related to existing releases of the product
  • Evaluate all material for the new products to get best specification and price so it can receive quality & material cost target
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are completed as per project schedules and each project meets the agreed deadline
  • Training for the technical specification and assembling process of the new products
  • Analyze and identify all problems which occurred during product development and make improvement on design and specification
  • Submission of all certificates and testing to ensure compliance of the products with regulatory policies requirements
  • Perform other qualified duties as required


  • Bachelors of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.25
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor
  • Experience in project development of electrical/electronic products
  • Familiar with electrical international & national standard (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL, SPLN, SNI)
  • Knowledge of electrical system, preferably switchgear system including enclosure construction, engineering drawing, manufacturing processes and electrical parts or components
  • Computer literate: Windows, MsOffice (Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook), Auto Cad, PLC, Visio
  • Required language(s): English (written & spoken)

  • Able to set priorities, plan and organize work required by his/her direct superior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity with an appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted
